Federal trademark applications have been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under the following serial numbers:

TEXAS ELITE™ – USPTO Serial No. 85606389

All Texas Elite names, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, uniforms, website content, publications, marketing materials, and other original works are protected under applicable United States trademark and copyright laws.

No portion of the Texas Elite brand or its intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, published, or used in any manner without the express prior written permission of Texas Elite Amateur Sports Association.

Texas Elite actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of the TEXAS ELITE™ or TEXAS ELITE FASTPITCH™ names, logos, branding, or copyrighted materials may result in legal action.
